TANIA HAYES is the woman taking the Australian Professional Speaking circuit by storm.

Her success lies in the ability to connect on a deeply emotional level with her audience. Through her family’s incredible story of love and courage, she articulates a range of messages relevant to anyone who has ever suffered hardship in their life.

Tania and Warren’s story is a tale of love without limits, and possesses the innate ability to inspire all those who hear it. The experience of hearing Tania deliver first hand her story of triumph against all odds urges the audience to re-examine their own motivations which guide their relationships, careers and life choices.

Tania’s flawless standard of presentation has received standing ovations across the nation, whether she is speaking to an audience of 5 or 1500. Her talent as a speaker and her power to inspire has seen Tania address audiences at some of Australia’s most prestigious functions and locations.

Tania has appeared on popular TV programs, Random Acts of Kindness, A Current Affair, Today Tonight, State Focus, Mornings with Kerri-Anne, Susie, Sky News Book Report and news bulletins on Win, 9, 7, 10 and ABC as well as speaking on National and International radio stations and taking part in DVD’s and commercials for Carers Australia. Tania’s ability to present herself in a professional and dynamic way has ensured the success of all interviews undertaken.

In 2006 Tania was invited to speak at Parliament House in Canberra to launch National Carer’s Week. The emotive presentation of her remarkable story had an incredibly powerful impact on many of the politicians and bureaucrats present that day. Tania at long last put a representative face and voice to the 2.6 million Australian people who play the role of Carer to a loved one. As a result of her 2006 speech, Carers were finally acknowledged and spoken about in the Senate for the first time.

The demand for Tania’s speaking has snowballed throughout her relatively short career. In recent months she has spoken in front of an 800 strong audience of health care professionals at the Sydney Convention Centre. She has sat apart of a discussion panel at Cockle Bay Convention Centre Sydney alongside Dr Norman Swan from the ABC and was invited to be part of a National Continence Forum on the Gold Coast facilitated by Dr. Sally Cockburn.

Tania has also been privileged to speak at State Parliament in Brisbane, Adelaide, Tasmania and the ACT Leglistive Assembly, as well as the Crown Casino Melbourne, the Palazzo Versace on the Gold Coast and the Royal Randwick Racecourse Sydney, where Tania shared her inspiring story for and on behalf of Mrs. Packer. It also gives Tania great delight when called on as a speaker and role model inspiring secondary school children and young leaders in our society.

On multiple occasions Tania and Warren have also been guests at a local campus of TAFE New South Wales, sharing their story with students studying medical and disability courses. Tania has also taken the time to speak for non-profit organisations such as Rotary, View, Probus, Lions, Quota, Senior Citizens, U3A and various church groups.
